Covid-19 Response from Ability

I would like to take a moment to reach out and share with you how Ability Remodeling is handling the COVID-19 situation.

During this surreal time, we remain fully operational. We will continue to meet with current and perspective clients, either in person or via technology. Designated as an essential business by the state of Arizona, we remain open! Eager to serve you with the same dedication and service excellence you’ve come to expect. We are so grateful to all those in our community who have continued to support, not only our company, all Prescott’s local businesses during these uncertain times. We believe that it is our responsibility to implement and follow the most up-to-date guidelines from the CDC, for minimizing the spread of COVID-19. As the situation develops, we will keep you updated on our response and any additional actions we take. We’re all in this together, so if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those impacted by this unprecedented occurrence.

Be safe, stay healthy, and thank you.

Mike Daniel

Personal Hygiene through COVID-19

We have communicated to our staff that the CDC promotes healthy personal habits as the most effective way to decrease the spread of Covid-19. This includes staying home when sick (especially with a fever and/or respiratory illness) coughing and/ or sneezing into an elbow or using a tissue to cover ones nose and mouth and then immediately discarding the tissue, thorough washing of hands which includes scrubbing frequently with hot water and soap for at least 20 seconds (if no water is available, use a disinfectant/ sanitizer) and avoiding the touching of one’s eyes, nose, and mouth. Contact with others is also to be avoided. Please do not be offended if we do not shake your hand.

Cleaning supplies, anti-bacterial hand soap, and hand sanitizer have been made available to all employees and job sites. Further, we have supplied a mask and gloves to all Ability employees.

Empowerment

If an Ability employee is meeting with or near someone that they feel is sick, they are empowered to constructively leave the meeting or space to protect their health.  This practice is to be followed in all circumstances whether with a client, co-worker, supplier, trade partner, etc.

Customized Solutions

Every home and every remodeling project is unique.  We understand this is more than a construction site, it’s your home. Our team is prepared to address any concerns or implement additional precautions to keep our clients safe through this Covid-19 pandemic.
