In Summer of 2017 my wife and I decided to do a kitchen remodel. We interviewed three different building contractors and finally settled upon Ability Remodeling. Of those we consulted we had the most confidence in Abilities detailed analysis and projections for our project. One firm was very vague about the whole process and almost refused to even give us an estimate. The remodel was carried out with attention to containment of dust and particulates. Heavy plastic barriers were used to isolate the work area with zipper doors to permit entrance for workmen. At days end the kitchen area was broom swept to further minimize tracking of dirt. The tile entry way was covered with heavy cardboard sheeting to prevent any soiling or tracking during the entire period. The various workmen who we dealt with were all of the highest caliber in their various trades and were pleasant, helpful and courteous. A detailed description of the project was provided at commencement of work. Each day we were told to expect certain individuals to be on site and accomplish certain tasks. Many trades had to be coordinated and sequenced properly. The overall project was supervised by Phil Stevens who always emailed me or phoned me to keep me appraised of daily events or changes. I cannot offer adequate praise to fully give credit to this outstanding individual. We never had to wait for elusive craftsmen to show up. Phil made several suggestions which really improved the overall appearance, and function of our kitchen. He is masterful at handling all the minor details that take a lot of his time. This persistence optimizes the end results and attractiveness of our project. I will always look to Ability for any future projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I selected this company because of the reviews here and on other sites. They seemed to be just what I was looking for and they delivered! We bought a home that needed updating and some renovating, but didn't have a whole lot to spend. Ability did a wonderful job. Phil handled everything, was helpful in the design aspects, kept on top of all the sub contractors, was always accessible, and handled my last minute changes! Ability also wrote up a very comprehensive plan and listed everything to be done and the cost up front. And they really cared - always checking with us to make sure we were satisfied, and if not, they made it right. We trusted them completely. I have since had them back for a few more smaller jobs, and plan to continue using them in the future. They have a great crew! Don't hesitate to give them a call. I've attached photos of the before and after of our staircase... hopefully they read well. It turned out beautifully!

I had two bathrooms remodeled at my office. Phil was very responsive from preparing an estimate to completing the job. He made excellent recommendations for flooring and other items to help keep costs down and yet make the bathrooms look beautiful. I am very happy with Ability Remodeling.
