Transitional Kitchen Remodel in Prescott from “A” to “B”
This Transitional Kitchen Remodel showcases a light and timeless color palette within a modern design. It features clean lines and bold accents, creating a beautiful and cohesive kitchen space.
The Problem
Our Prescott clients wanted an open floor plan that seamlessly joined their kitchen and living room. Additionally, as a professional cook, the homeowner needed ample workspace for prep and cooking.
The Solution
To meet these goals, we:
• Removed floor-to-ceiling walls separating the kitchen and living room.
• Eliminated a soffit that made the kitchen feel cramped.
• Expanded the kitchen with Maple Grey Mist Cabinets from Wellborn, adding an eat-in island with accent Gauntlet Maple Cabinets.
This redesign created a perfect blend of transitional style and functionality, with luxury vinyl plank flooring connecting the kitchen and living room.
Finishing Touches
The final touches included:
• Matte black hardware and faucet for contrast.
• Staggered grey subway tiles for a modern backsplash.
• Bold metal pendant light fixtures to add elegance.
• Arizona Tile Linen quartz countertops for a bright, timeless finish.
How to Get the Look
To recreate this transitional kitchen style, consider:
• A clean, light color palette
• Maple Grey Mist Cabinets with Bishop-style doors
• Matte black hardware and Delta faucet
• Neutral grey subway tiles
• White quartz countertops
• Luxury vinyl plank flooring
• Metal pendant light fixtures
